Garden Suite Foundation – 150 Priscilla Avenue, York
Rigid Concrete Group completed the concrete foundation work for this 37 ft × 20 ft garden suite, including the construction of durable 10-inch concrete foundation walls.

Our team carefully planned the work around the limited backyard access. The concrete forms were moved by hand through the restricted area, while the gravel was transported and spread without the use of a stone slinger. For the concrete placement, we used a line pump with approximately 100 feet of hose, allowing the pour to be completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
